One of the children in our care is with DSD (the government's social work department) and has been without a caseworker for nearly a year and a half. As a result, ZERO progress has been made on their case since 2024. Then, on Monday, after emailing, then calling, then calling and emailing for months on end, they finally assigned a caseworker!
